AW9 App Account Help: OTP, Password and the Setup Gift Codes Need

Most people open this page for one reason: the OTP is late and today's gift code is about to lapse. The fix is usually small. Your AW9 App account is a mobile number with a password on top, and almost every problem traces back to that number.

The SIM Matters More Than the Password

AW9 App signs you up, logs you in and resets your password by SMS on a +91 10-digit number. Pick a SIM you recharge regularly and will still own next year. A number you borrowed or a SIM that expires quietly is how people get locked out.

Log In Step by Step

1. Open the app. On iPhone, open the web version.
2. Enter the 10 digits only. Leave out the zero and the +91.
3. Request the SMS code, or type your password if you have one.
4. Use the newest code in your inbox and wait for the lobby to finish loading.

When the SMS Does Not Arrive

• Look at the number you typed. One wrong digit is the usual cause.
• If the phone has two SIMs, make sure the registered one has signal.
• Toggle airplane mode once to refresh the network.
• Free up the message inbox if it is full.
• Ask for one new code and wait a minute. Repeated taps only create confusion about which code is newest.

Password Reset

Tap forgot password on the login screen, enter your number and follow the SMS. Do not reuse a password from your email or bank. If the SIM is lost, the SMS has nowhere to go, so open the support chat from the app or web version instead.

Do the Setup Before the Code Day

Many users leave this until a code is in their hand. The operator says a gift code needs your phone number and bank account linked. Link the bank account once, with care, and the same details are used when you withdraw. KYC is switched on in the lobby settings, so write your name the same way your bank does.
