Fix the OTP first
Nothing else works until the code arrives. Go down this list in order.
- Wait for the timer. Tapping resend again and again only adds delay. Wait, then ask once.
- Check the 10 digits. The +91 is fixed. One wrong digit sends the code to a stranger.
- Check signal. Switch airplane mode on and off, or move away from a weak spot.
- Check the SIM. On a dual-SIM phone, the registered SIM must be on. If it sits in another phone, the code went there.
- Check spam. Some message apps park short-code SMS in a promotions tab.
- Free some storage. A full phone may not save new messages.
- Stop after three fails. Rest ten minutes, try once more, then ask support.
Your OTP opens your account. Type it only on the app's own sign-in screen. Never read it out on a call or paste it in a chat, even if the person says they are from AW9 App.

- Type your registered number
Ten digits, the same number you signed up with.
- Enter the SMS code
Your account opens once the code matches.

Password reset
Tap Forgot password. The reset also runs on an SMS code, so the OTP list above applies. Pick a password you have not used elsewhere.
Lost SIM, new number or stolen phone
Codes go only to the registered number. Without it, you need AW9 App support. It advertises 24/7 service through the chat inside the app. Keep an ID ready, since support may ask you to prove the account is yours.
Lost the phone? Block the SIM with your mobile operator too. Do not pay an outsider who promises to move your account to a new number.
Locked or frozen account
The site cannot see your account. Ask the support chat for the reason. the operator's gift code rules say bots or cheats mean a ban, so answer honestly. Ignore group admins who sell unlocks.
After you are in: gift codes
Many people sign in just to redeem a daily code. The operator advertises codes from ₹7 to ₹7,777 on its official Telegram channel and WhatsApp channel. Its own rules decide if a code works:
- Redeem inside the valid period.
- Link your phone number and bank account.
- Use the code on your own account only.
- Finish a 1x wager before you withdraw the bonus.

AW9 App login questions
What do I need to log in to AW9 App?
Your registered +91 mobile number and the SIM that holds it. AW9 App sends a one-time code by SMS. You type that code on the sign-in screen.
The SMS code is late. What should I check first?
Look at the phone before you blame the app. Check signal, check that the registered SIM is the active one, and open the spam or promotions folder of your messages app. Wait for the timer, then request once. After three failed tries, rest for ten minutes.
How do I reset a forgotten password?
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset code comes by SMS to your registered number. If that number is gone, only AW9 App support can help.
I changed my SIM or number. Can I still get in?
The old number cannot receive codes. Open the support chat inside the app if you are still signed in on the phone. Do this before you need the account in a hurry.
Can I sign in as a guest and use a gift code?
The operator lists a guest login. Its gift code rules ask for a linked phone number and bank account, so a guest session will not suit codes. Use a registered account.
Does login work on iPhone or a laptop?
Yes, through the AW9 App web version with the same number and SMS code. There is no App Store app. On iPhone, add the web version to your home screen.
Someone sent me a sign-in link. Should I tap it?
No. Open the app, or use the button on this page. A copied sign-in screen can capture your number and code. Anyone who asks for your OTP is a scammer.
My account shows locked. What now?
Ask in the support chat why it is locked and what proof they need. We cannot see your account. Do not pay anyone who offers to unlock it.
